    2026 TETL Summer Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

    June 23-25, 2026 — Irving, TX

     

    Exhibit Space - $3,000

    Exhibit space will be an 8’x10’ booth and will be sold and limited by venue capacity. (*Please note the change from a table to a 8x10 booth space.) For this event, each vendor will be provided with standard pipe and drape, a 6-foot table and two chairs, wastebasket and ID sign. Booth selections will be submitted with the contract. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to interact with attendees, exhibit, distribute information and receive visibility and branding. Lead-retrieval is included in your exhibitor package.

    Sponsorship Opportunities

    Sponsorships are offered in addition to exhibitor space. Sponsors are provided the opportunity to present information at assigned sessions, interact with attendees, distribute information, and receive visibility and branding. All sponsors are required to exhibit – sponsorship pricing is in addition to exhibit space pricing.

    Sponsor one of the three bars that will provide cocktails throughout the reception on Tuesday afternoon, 4:30 to 6:30pm. Cocktail napkins will be provided with the company logo.

    Conference Audio Visual 

    Exclusive:

    $5,000

     

    Exclusive sponsorship of in-house audio visual throughout the event. Sponsorship includes recognition on website, printed materials, mobile app, and signage in each room. TETL will be responsible for making all arrangements with the in-house provider.

    Major Sponsor—(Max 30

    available)

     

    $2,500 each 

     

    This sponsorship comes with a 30-minute presentation and listing as major sponsor in digital media and signage.

    Keynote Speaker—(Exclusive)

     

    $2,000

     

    Sponsor will have podium time to give a company overview and introduce the keynote speaker.

    Lunch—(Max 2 available) 

     

    $1,500 each 

     

    Lunch will be a grab-and-go style buffet. Sponsor will be recognized in the schedule and will be provided the opportunity to display signage at the buffet.

    Breakfast—(Max 2 available) 

     

    $1,000 each 

     

    Breakfast will be a grab-and-go style buffet. Sponsor will be recognized in the schedule and will be provided the opportunity to display signage at the buffet.

    Lanyards—(Exclusive) 

     

    $2,000

    (plus cost of

    lanyards)

     

    Sponsor will provide lanyards at your cost (approximately 600) according to TETL specifications.

    Lanyards must include the TETL logo, along with the sponsor company logo. TETL requires a proof of the lanyard for approval before production.

    Conference Tote—(Exclusive)

    Sponsor will provide totes at your cost (approximately 600) according to TETL specifications. Conference Totes must include the TETL logo along with the sponsor company logo. TETL must pre-approve the tote design.

    Additional Opportunities

    Scholarship Donations 

     

    The Alice Owen Scholarship is funded by generous donations from our members and vendors. These scholarships are awarded to seniors that are majoring in education or technology.

     

    Spirit Wagon Raffle 

     

    Donate your favorite beverage to the spirit wagon. Raffle tickets will be sold, and all proceeds will go to the Alice Owen Scholarship fund.

     

    Door Prize Giveaways 

     

    We are accepting donated door prizes for giveaways throughout the conference. These items can be of lesser value and contain your company logo. Items such as gift cards, small electronic gadgets, ice chests, tumblers, etc. make great door prizes.

    Exhibitor/Sponsorship Cancellations

    The Exhibitor may cancel the agreement in writing and agree to the partial refund schedule (61-90 days before the event 75%, 45-60 days before the event 50%, under 45 days no refund). In the event the program must cancel or format or convert to a full virtual event, sponsor will be promptly notified with the option to receive either credit toward a future event or a refund.

     

    Consent to Use of Photographic Images 

    Registration and attendance at, or participation in, TETL meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to TETL's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registration or attendee's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audio tapes of such events and activities. unless you inform TETL that you object, permission is assumed.

    Become a TETL Partner

    The call for participation for the Summer Conference usually goes out in early March. The average attendance at these local meetings is about 150-200 participants. Average attendance at the Summer Conference is about 500-550. Sponsorships are selected on a first come, first served basis. Watch for emails from Mel Forehand, our events manager, to notify you when the call for participation opens!

    Please note: In order to ensure the most value for our partners, we require all vendors to register to attend events if they are not an official sponsor for said event. In addition, if your organization works closely with a vendor partner, both organizations will be required to be official sponsors in order to attend the event.

    The number of available sponsorships at each level, for each event, will be determined by the capacity at the selected venue and, depending on the venue capacity, TETL may also limit the number of additional paid vendor registrations beyond the two complimentary that are provided. This will allow us to both manage physical space limitations and maintain a proportionate balance of attendees and vendor sponsors, while providing the greatest engagement with our membership and value to our sponsor partners.
