TETL Alice Owen Scholarship Auction
Each year TETL hosts an auction to raise money for scholarships for young students entering the field of education or technology. Thanks to generous donations from our members and sponsors, our auction continues to grow each year.
TETL is working hard to define and highlight the role of the CTO. Our number one organizational goal is to support school technology teams across Texas—it is really all about the people. Our 2023 Empowered Superintendent Award winner Kevin Worthy says it best.

NEW EXHIBIT HALL HOURS
All table-top displays must be set and ready to go by 7am on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.
Move-in: Tuesday, June 25 – 4:30pm – 9:30pm
Exhibits: Wednesday, June 26 - 7am – 5pm
Thursday, June 27 - 7am – 3:30pm
Move-out: Thursday, June 27 - 3:30pm – 5pm
Exhibitor Registration will open at 1:00pm on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, for badge pick-up.
Cancellations / Refunds Policy
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 14 calendar days before the event. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund, less a $25 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Substitutions for registrations will be accepted if authorized in writing by the original registrant.
Exhibitor/Sponsorship Cancellations
The Exhibitor may cancel the agreement in writing and agree to the partial refund schedule (61-90 days before the event 75%, 45-60 days before the event 50%, under 45 days no refund). In the event the program must cancel or format or convert to a full virtual event, sponsor will be promptly notified with the option to receive either credit toward a future event or a refund.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, TETL meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to TETL's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registration or attendee's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audio tapes of such events and activities. unless you inform TETL that you object, permission is assumed.
