• HB 1481: Requires policy that prohibits student from using cell phones and smart watches during the school day
• HB 3512: Requires training programs for certain employees and officials of state agencies and local governments in Texas
• SB 1964: State agencies must inventory all AI systems, including heightened scrutiny systems, and report on their purpose, risk mitigation, and compliance with strategic plans.
• SB 569: Addresses the provision of virtual and hybrid education in public schools, introducing frameworks for virtual courses and programs.
