Earlier this month, AWS joined the White House “Back to School Safely” Cybersecurity summit that was hosted by First Lady Dr. Jill Biden. The purpose of the summit was to identify pathways to improve the cybersecurity resilience of K12 education communities. AWS committed $20 million for a K12 Cyber Grant Program that is available to all K12 public school districts, regional education agencies, and state departments of education. The AWS K12 Cyber Grant Program will be accepting applications through December 31, 2023.
