Senate Bill 15 Overview | Texas Education Agency TEA also released guidelines for the implementation of SB 15.
Legislation Overview Senate Bill 15 (SB 15) was sent to the governor to be signed into law on September 1, 2021. Upon the governor’s signature of the bill, local educational agencies (LEAs) may receive full ADA funding for students who attend local remote learning programs at any point during the 2021-22 school year if that remote instruction meets the requirements set by SB 15. |
